Dr. Colquitt has a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology and he has further certification in Chiropractic Biophysics.

Nicole, Lead Chiropractic Assistant

Nicole joined the Chesapeake Family Wellness team in June 2009. She is the lead chiropractic assistant. She holds her current state of Maryland Chiropractic Board assistant license. You’ll find her working with patients on exercises and getting them set up for treatments. You can trust you’re in good hands with Nicole – she has a sensitive and caring demeanor. Something fun to know about Nicole: she is a former division 1 athlete for the South Carolina gamecocks!
Chad, C.A.

Chad has been a part of the Chesapeake Family Wellness family since 2008. Chad is our patient educator. He holds his current state of Maryland Chiropractic Board assistant license. He has continued training to make sure that every patient that currently comes to our office are educated about their care to the best of his knowledge. Chad is a huge fan of anime conventions, and loves to collect anime DVDs.

Blair, Billing & Collections Manager

Blair is the newest member of the Chesapeake Family Wellness Center family, coming from chiropractic offices in both Maryland and Utah prior. She is the billing and collections manager and is your go to gal should you ever have any questions related to your benefits or care plans! She is a huge outdoors enthusiast and loves to hike and take pictures in her spare time.

Jackie, Front Office Administrator

Jackie joined Chesapeake Family Wellness in 2010 after having worked at another chiropractic office for 2 years prior. . She holds her current state of Maryland Chiropractic Board assistant license. You will be well cared for with Jackie’s extensive medical background from working with John’s Hopkins to working with so many patients over the years. Because of the large expanse Jackie has had and the experience she felt patients could be better cared for from a chiropractic stand point. She is the front office administrator, and does everything from helping new patients, collecting payment, making sure you get to your scheduled appointments – and so, so much more! In her spare time Jackie plays professional pool for the APA!

Whitney – Chiropractic Assistant

Whitney is our ‘oldest’ staff member at Chesapeake Family Wellness Center – she has been apart of the team since 2006. She holds her current state of Maryland Chiropractic Board assistant license. These days you’ll find Whitney in the back, as a licensed chiropractic assistant – helping patients with exercises, setting them up on treatment, etc. Whitney’s a lover of swimming – and on the right day, you may catch her during lunch outside soaking in the sun!
